Valerian is a well-known medicinal plant with tiny pink or white flowers, a single and hollow stem and rare, opposite and unpaired terminal leaflet. The useful part of the plant is its strong rootstock, from which essential oil is obtained.
Valerian root essential oil is obtained by steam distillation. It is mainly used for issues with insomnia, and to eliminate stress and feelings of anxiety. The smell is quite special, so some are very fond of it and some not at all. On the other hand, the animals really like the smell of the valerian, especially cats.
10ml of black pepper essential oil is dosed in a beautiful packaging made of myron glass, which protects the oil from harmful sunlight for a long time. Only an invisible spectrum of sunlight is allowed inside, which allows the molecular structure of the oil to be preserved.
